Herbalife is simple:

  • Formula 1 nutritional shake mix (in ANY flavor you like!)
  • Protein Drink Mix
  • 8oz water + 8 ice cubes
  • Additional (optional) add-ons: peanut butter, frozen fruit, cacao nibs, etc.
  • Blend it all together and you're done!
  • Can be stored in the fridge for meal prep!

All your nutrition can be simple too:

  • 20-30g protein in all meals
  • <25g added sugar per day
  • Eat every 3-4 hours to balance blood sugar
  • Frozen meals are always an option - Lean Cuisine and Trader Joe's are great!
  • Avoid excess vegetable oil and food dyes (always read nutrition labels)
