I met Lisa at my new gym in January of 2025, and even within the span of one personal training session, she made a tremendous impact on my fitness mindset and approach. I'll always remember her pushing me to lift weights I'd never even attempted to curl and saying, "You're so much stronger than you realize." That stays with me every time I push myself a little harder. On day one, I told her my goal was to feel good, and I have achieved that through her training. By March, I started taking her core and barre classes, which laid the foundation for building strength and improving mobility. Each course was filled with curated workouts and even ones that she invented, targeting muscles I didn't even know I had! One of the classes was at 6:30am, but Lisa made it so fun that I would wake up before my alarm out of sheer excitement. Each class was always soothing yet challenging; a great way to ease into the day. I am approaching 29, and my fitness journey has been fraught with ups and downs over the years, the downs being the steepest once I hit my mid-20s. I grew up smothered in messaging like "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels," and though I was an athlete with an amazing metabolism that kept me in shape, I still felt like I was "never good enough." Fast-forward to today: I am confident in my own skin, I am stronger than I have ever been, I love to exercise, and yes, I look great but it is merely a reflection of how amazing I feel on the inside. This is ALL due to Lisa and her expertise, dedication, encouragement, good heart, and sweet soul. "Burns so good" is the best way to describe even the hardest exercises Lisa can throw at you! Her light and sweet demeanor is calming and puts me at ease in an environment that was previously very intimidating to me. I never found exercising to be the haven that it is to me now. I owe everything to Lisa, who has changed my life forever! :)

"Of course I love Lisa; she’s my sister!! But I also love her support and her encouragement as I try new fitness avenues. I love her understanding and grace when I fail to show up as consistently as I’d like. And I love her variety of ideas for exercises and meals that fit my differing needs each day/week. She’s there to lift me up and inspire me to keep trying. She’s the best coach, and not just because she’s my sister. Trust me, she doesn’t go easy on me just because we are related. I still have to do my least favorite: pushups. But in all seriousness, check out Lisa Rhyne if you’re in need of some accountability and specific goals/steps when it comes to your health. She will meet you where you are with your health now and help you grow at a manageable pace for you. Plus, her passion for movement and overall health and happiness is contagious! Give it a try."
